Practice Administrator
Ms. Trainor joined Clarion in 2025 and is our new Practice Administrator. In this role she is responsible for firm-wide operations and supports our financial advisors by ensuring day-to-day workflows run smoothly and efficiently. Kayla is “local” to Northern Virgina and a graduate of George Mason University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Prior to joining Clarion, Kayla worked as a Manager for Great American Restaurants for a number of years. She is an avid reader of all things romance and loves watching true crime shows. She and her soon to be husband, Zach, have two dogs, Maximus and Athena. They enjoy traveling, game nights, and The Lord of the Rings movie marathons.
